"Jim (PowerBoss Service Tech) dropped off my rental today, so I figured I'd take a minute to drop you a line. Jim was courteous as ever and both knowledgeable and patient in explaining the operation of the unit. (Good for me, and for the equipment!)
John B. took my request on Saturday and was "top notch" in his response....as is always the case. This is especially nice based upon my handler's sometimes unfairly demanding requests.
I have had to contact Kathy (Parts Department) a couple of times to help straighten out some paperwork request from D&C and she is always pleasant and helpful!
So bottom line, Kind Sirs; is that I remain very satisfied with your team - and would be remiss if I didn't offer an appropriate word of thanks.

"We continue to get an excellent level of performance from Roger (Service Tech). If I had a couple more employees like Roger, I could get rid of dozens of employees NOT like Roger! During Roger's absence, we were graced with the presence of Greg Gaskin (Service Tech). Greg is a top notch mechanic, good communicator (both at listening to my concerns and reporting of issues) and overall excellent representataive of the Tynan organization. Also during Roger's absence, we were lucky to have Aaron (Service Tech) from Terre Haute here - another A1 mechanic. Aaron also served as a positive image of the Tynan Family.....extending all the way to Terre Haute.
I certainly must also praise the pleasant and efficient Kathy Day (Parts Manager). Kathy's cheerful voice always brightens my day when I need to check on something and her quick and thorough research and following up on the matter makes my job easier!
Last, no mention of the World Class service of the Tynan organization would be complete without a hardy mention of my account rep, John Battiston. John is always quick with information, but his understanding of my organization makes him an even more valuable asset to me. As you know, ours is an organization that is: Hurry, hurry, hurry, - wait, wait wait....we need this YESTERDAY! Though I am sure it must sometimes drive him crazy, John continues to exhibit the Wisdom of Solomon and the Patience of Job. While a team is only as strong as its weakest link, John never fails to illustrate that it is amazing how much can be accomplished when you don't care about who gets the credit for the successes.
I thank you gentlemen for the team that you have assembled and graciously allow me to work with on a continuing basis - you and your team are duly commended!
